Chris Widmayer showcased Community Cloud’s different use cases – partners can update opportunities and qualify leads, employees can access share files and stakeholders can customize capabilities for the entire organization.

Salesforce: Quote-to-Cash and Configure, Price, Quote tool offers an easy delivery solution for sales quotes, contracts and invoices in one Customer Success Platform. Nate Fish walked attendees through many custom solution the tool has to offer including quantity discounting, segmenting by currency and option constraints.
