The organization is world class. Process is very clear and knit together from Sales through Delivery, complete with CSAT reporting and all the other management tools. Makes my OCD nerd very happy!

Spending time with close friends and my puppy. Patio beer or glass of wine. Walks in the forest. Creative projects… let’s build together!!
I’m most excited to be part of a dedicated and collaborative team. I look forward to getting to know everyone here and learning how I can best support the team for success!

I’m a good listener, so come to me with your problems and vent away!
So many things! I love discovering new music, reading historical fiction, and making experimental recipes in my tiny kitchen. You can also catch me browsing local thrift stores and making various art projects, that is, when the creative impulse compels me.

I have the freedom to take action and be creative. From a sales perspective, a set process doesn’t always work. I can test new ideas and tactics and respond to the wants and needs of our customers.

Salesforce Practice Lead
Admin, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud
My wife and I moved from NYC to Jersey City soon after we had our son over a year ago. This is such a family-friendly city, there are plenty of comfortable options to choose; however, our go-to is a spot called Hudson Hound – an Irish Pub that is great with the kiddos, has excellent food and drinks, and during the warm months, has a bunch of outdoor tables allowing us to bring our dog along for dinner!
Hosting friends and family in NYC to experience the city during Christmas – the Rockefeller tree, Radio City Music Hall, the shops along 5th ave. – it’s quite the experience, and I love to be a tour guide during this beautiful period in the city.
Vulnerability – what you see is what you get! I was told to bring my authentic self to Penrod and I look forward to doing just that!
Reputation in the Salesforce ecosystem is top notch. I’ve had the opportunity to work with a number of recruiters as a practice lead at several Salesforce consulting firms, and as a result, get inside knowledge on consultant satisfaction and reputation – Penrod scored high and both, which definitely influenced my decision to join.
Costa Rica – it’s a place my wife and I keep going back to! Last Thanksgiving, we brought our son (6 months old at the time) and met some of our Colorado friends and California Family there to spend a couple of weeks in the jungle.
Consulting is hard. It’s going to offer challenging days and you’re going to face things you haven’t encountered before. Be prepared to tackle these challenges head on, fail sometimes, and learn often. Penrod is comprised of some of the most talented consultants I’ve worked with, so support is always nearby. Prepare yourself for this environment prior to Day 1, embrace it when you’re here, and I promise you’ll grow quickly, learn a ton, and have a bunch of fun along the way!
The authenticity of the people and the passion for improving healthcare runs deep here! Everyone iv’e met brings a unique skill set, way of thinking, and wealth of knowledge to the team and clients. And, whats better, is everyone wants to learn and grow. Healthcare and technology change rapidly, so I wanted to be with a team that is open to learning, getting a little uncomfortable, and consistently striving to improve – for the patients, the healthcare and life sciences industry, and for our selves.
The size and culture of the company. I have spent most of my career at massive organizations so the opportunity to get to know everyone on a more personal level is really unique. Everyone has been so welcoming and authentically excited to be here at Penrod. I also love that the company is very open minded and seems to place a lot of trust and autonomy in its people.
There is a Canadian board game called Rummoli, which combines aspects of poker and rummy. At the age of 10, we started a tradition of my dad’s famous chili and a game of Rummoli on Christmas Eve. We are a competitive family, so there have been many Christmas mornings where apologies were delivered for getting a little too heated. Additionally, every significant other/friend, had to make it through a game as a “right of passage.”
Empathy and emotion – This is a blessing and curse, as it affords me the opportunity to really connect with people, but is a heavy burden to feel all the emotions so deeply (but you never have to guess how I am feeling!)
I love to travel, try new food/restaurants, and be outdoors (but only in cooler weather). When time allows, I love to be able to express my creative side with decorating, painting, crafts, drawing, etc!
Talent Acquisition Specialist
I’m excited by the opportunity to scout out high-performers and bring in the right talent to contribute to Penrod’s growth and success!
A perfect balance of autonomy and support. If you want to be successful here, and you’re willing to put in the work, you can make it happen. I love that.
Positivity – I can find the silver lining or humor in almost any situation. It makes life better. 10/10 would recommend trying it out.

The people who work at Penrod are definitely the best part. The talent of the people I get to work with every day has made me the leader I am today.
Teamwork is everything at Penrod. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, everyone you are working with was a new hire at one time also. Don’t be afraid to bring in new ideas either, we are constantly challenging ourselves to be better and punch above our weight classes.
We have built a culture that allows individuals to work autonomously, but also thriving on the importance of teamwork and mentorship. The team understands both the importance of working hard to achieve the highest quality for our partners and the importance of having fun while they do it. It’s like nothing else I have been apart of before.
For an after dinner drink I really enjoy ‘Club Charlies’ in the Third Ward. When traveling my favorites are ‘Little Woodrows’ in Austin and ‘Lir’ in Boston.
At my old internship, my supervisor and many of my teammates got their start at Penrod, and I looked up to all of them. My supervisor was the one who encouraged me to stay in Salesforce development and gave me a recommendation to work here, and I’m really glad I took his advice.
It’s a great opportunity for experience and growth as a developer! I’ll get exposure to many more types of projects and tackle a wider variety of problems than I would working somewhere else. Getting to do all of that while working with the great people here is a huge plus.
I didn’t have to move and I’m super happy about that. I love Milwaukee.
Everybody here is really nice and creates a great atmosphere. I’ve already seen so much support from people for achievements on and off the clock, and there’s so much cross-communication between teams that you can have a casual conversation with an executive without realizing it.
I went into a more design-oriented major in college because I wasn’t sure if I had what it took to major in software engineering. I ended up taking some extra software courses and interned in a software development role before I graduated, and now here I am working as a Salesforce developer! I guess I really proved myself wrong.
Goldfish, Teddy Grahams, fruit snacks, if it’s made for kids then I probably like it.
I got to visit Italy once in high school and loved it. I can’t wait until I have the chance to go back again.

I truly recognize myself in Penrod’s core values. Plus, we spend the most part of our day at work. So why not having an awesome one, collaborating with super nice people all day long in a dynamic environment and culture? This is why I chose Penrod.
I grew up in a French Vineyard and my first job ever was to prune vines and harvest grapes. I loved it so much! Oh, and I’m also the second baby born in France in year 1991.
I can literally eat Italian Grissini all day long. And I’d eat some more at night if I could.
Tulum, Mexico because this is where I proposed, but also for the culture, the nature, the people and mostly for THE FOOD!
I love learning new useful stuff. For example, I learned how to work wood to build my own furniture, mechanic to fix my cars, electricity and plumbery to improve my home, electronic to build my own gadgets. It’s a lot of fun!

It’s a small, fun and ambitious company looking to build a practice around my specialty – marketing automation.

Ernest King – he was the mastermind behind the United States’ naval and marine forces strategy in the Pacific theater of World War Two, and everything I’ve read about him makes him out to be an asshole genius. I think he would have been awesome to hang out with.
I’m spoiled in that my grandparents live in Hawaii, and I spent a couple summers with them when I was younger. As an adult I usually go there for a week or two in early spring. It’s my favorite experience because it’s paradise, and I do maintain some level of consistency with each trip (always visiting Pearl Harbor, Haleiwa, the Pali Lookout) as well as checking out new things, and most importantly, ample time on the beach and in the ocean.
Now that it’s nearly summer, my favorite place to grab a drink is Las Fuentes in Lincoln Park – pitchers of margaritas with a big group on their huge patio for hours.

From my first interaction with members of the Penrod team, I felt the sense of belonging. The values and approach were consistent I felt they aligned with a team I would enjoy working with.
I am an ulta-runner. That means trail running for many hours at a time. It is where I do my best thinking.
My favorite holiday tradition is when all our children can be together under one roof. Doesn’t happen often enough but it fills my heart with joy to see them all sharing love with each other.
If I can’t be trail running on a mountain, I want to be at the beach.
I have a lot of endurance so can outlast my kids (most of the time) 🙂
I really appreciated the transparency in the entire interview process. I could tell that the team knew exactly what they were looking for and were pretty direct which says A LOT about a company and their overall vision.
The culture, from working a remote position in a fairly large company, I know how easy it can be to get lost in the crowd and I appreciate the effort that’s put in to keep folks connected in your own special way.
I’m still learning but I really enjoy the reach and ability to work with so many different teams (internally/externally). I love to play Tetris so it feels a lot like understanding how all the pieces fit together.
I’m originally from India and my father was in the Indian Navy/cargo shipping industry so my family moved around a ton growing up. By the time I was 9, I had gone to 4 different elementary/primary schools in four different countries.
My family has a tradition at Christmas where we get together the week or two before Christmas and make traditional Indian sweets with family/friends. We usually deliver some to our neighbors and on the morning of Christmas we eat them together for breakfast before opening gifts.
Chiang Mai, Thailand. I backpacked through Thailand with my husband for our honeymoon and it has to be one of the most magical places I’ve been to.

The culture, driven by the core values of Accountability, Teamwork, Flexibility, Grit, and Growth, really attracted me. This is not a place where you can coast along and get by; this is a place for people who want to be challenged and grow, while being supported by a great team. Everyone I interviewed with was their authentic self and honest about their experience at Penrod; I never felt like anyone was putting up a front. The company’s commitment to continuous improvement of their processes and investment in their employees was also a big factor.
All the support I’ve gotten to help me get up to speed and comfortable here. The camaraderie everyone shares and the fun that people have working here.
I’ve officiated two of my friends’ weddings.
My mom cooks a complete Polish dinner every Christmas Eve. Kielbasa, pierogies, golumpki, kapusta, the whole nine yards. It’s my favorite meal of the year!

Penrod lives and breathes its Core Values – Accountability, Growth, Grit, Teamwork, and Flexibility. Every day I see my fellow Penrodians exhibit these values through their work, interaction with clients, and the camaraderie at work. It really feels like I am on a rowboat where everyone is rowing with the same cadence, pulling their weight and racing towards the same goal.
I am open-minded and naturally curious about people, places, culture, food, beliefs, etc.
Whenever I tasted some great dishes from restaurants/parties /food market (whether it is Teriyaki chicken for the Mall, “Old Dry Mom“ hot sauce from the grocery shelf, Roti Canai from our favorite Malaysian restaurant in Philadelphia, homemade Palak Paneer prepared by my friend, Seared Ahi Tuna served at a fancy restaurant), I love to research and figure out how to make them at home. The process gives me great joy and the end results are always enjoyed by friends and family! Win-win for everyone!

I am a certified light air skipper. I took sailing lessons at the Milwaukee Sailing Center last summer and passed my certification test. I would not trust myself to skipper a boat yet on my own though!
Casino gifts. My in laws are retired and love to gamble. They travel around to casinos in the area and collect all of the free gifts that are offered. We do a lottery where you draw a number and get to pick from the pile of gifts when your number is called. There are some really interesting prizes that have come out of it, it actually gets pretty competitive!

I am going to get greedy and say that I would like to meet Michael Jordan and Kip Moore and golf 18 holes with them.
