Dreamforce 2 U Recap

 

Thank you to all who attended Dreamforce 2 U! This exclusive Dreamforce-style event gave our clients from the Chicago, Minneapolis and Milwaukee areas premier access to the best of Penrod and Salesforce.com intelligence. We were thrilled to have had the opportunity to chat with industry insiders, share product methodology, and showcase our new corporate headquarters.

Rachel Higginbotham kicked off the event with a keynote showcasing Salesforce’s unique blend of philanthropy and technical intelligence. The keynote also featured insights and a Q & A session from Penrod partners. After some networking, guests then had the opportunity to participate in breakout sessions featuring Salesforce.com products. These sessions included Community Cloud, CPQ, Field Service Lightning and Pardot. With over 3,000 sessions at this year’s Dreamforce, we were inspired to deliver our takeaways on some of Saleforce’s leading products and give attendees the knowledge to enable them to create customer success in their organizations.

 

Community Cloud

Presented by Matthew Czarny, Solution Engineer at Salesforce

Salesforce Community Cloud provides incredible customer service while increasing customer satisfaction. Matthew Czarny showcased Community Cloud’s different use cases – partners can update opportunities and qualify leads, employees can access share files and stakeholders can customize capabilities for the entire organization.

Salesforce Quote-to-Cash and CPQ

Presented by Nate Fish, Account Executive at Salesforce Quote-to-Cash

Salesforce: Quote-to-Cash and Configure, Price, Quote tool offers an easy delivery solution for sales quotes, contracts and invoices in one Customer Success Platform. Nate Fish walked attendees through many custom solution the tool has to offer including quantity discounting, segmenting by currency and option constraints.

Field Service Lightning

Presented by Paul Inboriboon, Senior Sales Engineer and Mike Fowler, Strategic Account Manager at Salesforce

Deliver a more personalized service from the phone to the field with Salesforce Field Service Lightning. Paul and Mike showcased the algorithm that allows for a 360 degree view of the customer while offering accurate suggestions to field service technicians.

Pardot

Presented by Rod McCleary, Account Executive at Salesforce Pardot

Pardot B2B Marketing Automation by Salesforce allows marketers to easily build engagement campaigns that allow for a more personalized experience based on behavior and demographic data. Rob McClearly showcased the use of drip campaigns and how simple it is to create a beautifully designed e-mail blasts all on one platform.
