Chris Hiter is Penrod’s Chief Legal Officer, with a career built at the crossroads of healthcare, data privacy, and complex transactions. Chris spent years at Blue Cross Blue Shield and ALDI, where he built data privacy programs, led M&A transactions, and kept complex organizations protected and compliant. Healthcare law, HIPAA, data privacy, and commercial transactions are his wheelhouse. At Penrod, that experience means our clients can move fast and stay confident, knowing the legal side of the business is in good hands, even with fast-moving healthcare regulations.
