Lacey Van Syckle is Penrod’s Chief Operating Officer, and she’s the one who makes our vision a reality. She takes the big picture and turns it into clear plans, with the right people, the right priorities, and the right timing. Lacey is also leading the charge on how Penrod brings AI into the work we do internally and for clients, making sure it translates into practical value for the healthcare organizations we serve. She sits on Salesforce’s Healthcare Advisory Board, where she advocates directly for our clients’ needs and shapes the products they rely on. Lacey has been a driving force behind Penrod’s growth into a healthcare consulting leader.
