In the past year, we have already started making an even stronger effort to create an amazing culture. With a new dedicated role focussed on internal events, employee benefits and people engagement, we have been able to invest even more of our resources into creating the ideal workplace.
We’ve recently opened our new office featuring a fully stocked kitchen & pantry, several collaboration rooms, a rec room with everything from ping pong tables to a stocked bar and an outdoor patio. Friday fun lunches have become a regular thing as well as weekly happy hours. Our quarterly desk move and pod war challenges help everyone to get to know those outside of their own teams. Each of these things are just a few of the new steps we’ve taken to push ourselves to be bigger and better.
