At Penrod our culture is unlike any other. We are a giant family that collaborates on innovative ideas every single day. Inside the office, we aid in the professional growth of each other; for example, holding training sessions to disperse our knowledge throughout different teams. Outside of the office, we continue to keep our bonds strong by persistently cracking jokes, attending voluntary outings, and exploring Milwaukee together. I work at Penrod because I am a part of a quirky, ridiculous, and always entertaining family. In our family, we win together and we lose together.
